How NAV updates
NAV is computed off-chain by aggregating balances across all venues, then pushed on-chain by the operator multisig. Updates are rate-limited (max 1 every 60 seconds) and bounded (max ±2% delta per update) to prevent operator manipulation. The contract enforces a 24-hour timelock on operator changes.
